Circle over Centereach, NY

At 10:35 PM eastern time in Centereach, NY, 11720, on the 2nd Day of August, 2016, I saw not one, but two, UFO's. I was in total denial about UFO's, and said I would never believe it until I see it. I first heard a helicopter flying through the sky, which drew my attention to the sky. It seemed to be a police chopper because it was flying kind of low with a spot light beaming towards the earth. I looked up and noticed a blue light. It was kind of far so couldn't see any structure or if there was more than one blue light. What made me think it was a UFO was when I suddenly saw a red light speeding towards the blue one. The blue one picked up the pace but it wasn't fast enough against the red lit ship which passed it. Then saw the blue one come behind the red one which again they both accelerated and then disappeared behind the trees. I could no longer see them anymore. I know for fact it wasn't planes because they don't act like that. They also don't chase each other, curve around and suddenly accelerate. I do now believe in UFO's.
