Anomaly in SOHO C3 data @ 2016/07/16 00:18. What is that top left of center when looking at NASA SOHO data at http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/REPROCESSING/Completed/2016/c3/20160716/20160716_0018_c3_1024.jpg Why is it interesting? Well here are some zooms I created from the SOHO C3 2016/07/16 00:06, 00:18 and 00:30 datasets. 1. First area of interest is our location 12 seconds before the anomaly appears so we are using data from SOHO C3 @ 2016/07/16 00:06. Zooming in on the area circled and you can see a faint triangular shape. The full original NASA image is available at http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/REPROCESSING/Completed/2016/c3/20160716/20160716_0006_c3_1024.jpg. Zoom into the 11 o'clock segment. 2. Wow! C3 data from the same spot 12 seconds later @ 00:18 with something definite and new, image available at http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/REPROCESSING/Completed/2016/c3/20160716/20160716_0018_c3_1024.jpg 3. Enhancement the second area of interest. Overlay of http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/REPROCESSING/Completed/2016/c3/20160716/20160716_0030_c3_1024.jpg on http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/REPROCESSING/Completed/2016/c3/20160716/20160716_0018_c3_1024.jpg which enhances the smaller object on left 4-6. I've included copies of the original SOHO photos. 7. A closer zoom of the 1. 8. Beam (or whatever) endpoint. 9-10. Some close ups of the area of interest. Details on the SOHO project available here http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/ This SOHO C3 anomaly analysis spans a duration between 00:06 and 00:30 hours on the 7th of July 2016. There are anomalies in SOHO C3 data from time to time though I've never seen anything this 'defined'. Details of analysis available at https://www.facebook.com/fanstream/posts/10208726483532159

What would the paper say?
Irish records answer to the Freedom of Information Act 2014. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
