The report, as filed
Observed an object in the sky north west. Lights in a circular pattern. Green, Red, Blue, and White lights could be seen with the naked eye as object moved slowly towards the south west it paused in the sky twice. Both times it changed direction and eventually moved east until it was not visible. You could see the light rotating and the shape as it direction changed with the use of binoculars.

Looking in the west facing sky. A diamond shaped craft in very bright white light appeared out of middle of sky and dropped to a stop hovering for 30 to 45 seconds then just vanished. Upon arriving home did see in sky a similar shaped light just stop and moved very slow

Bright light with shifting shapes. At times had chevrons emanating slowly changing to ball of light with a ball of red appearing at the lower right side. Traveling at very slow rate from south to north.

Ten craft where seen flying over Lakeside in formation at a high rate of speed.Headed East by North East.9 in a row with 1 straggler. The event lasted no more than 10 seconds. It was still quite outside (no background noises) and I couldn't hear any noise coming from the crafts.

I was watching the sky from my bedroom window and a orange round illuminated object proceeded through the sky from left to right in a jagged manner until it was out of my sight.
