The report, as filed
Was driving to work noticed a very bright light about 200-300 feet above ground. It was located in the Shoreview Army Reserve in a dense fog. The light shot beams through the fog and when my view became blocked by a tree, I looked again and it was gone. Later that day, there was an unusual amount of Army activity in the area.

There were faded orange orbs 7 to 10, above the 694 highway 10 feet above the street lights. Hovering. They did not move and did not have a blinker or a true formation. Some were evenly spaced and other random. Thought they may be drones but 7 to 10 and no blinking. I turned on police scanner and no reports. I tried calling Shoreview dispatch and was disconnected. I was driving 65 mph and I didn't appear the other drivers were interested as when I looked up I was all over the road.

Checked my Ring camera & saw the hovering lights following a deer in the backyard. Trying to figure out what the lights are, never seen them before back there.

Startling bright objects (well over 50) high in a clear blue sky glided into circles and shapes –seeming to dance and perform. They appeared to stay even with my walking stride for about 2 blocks. I stopped to watch for a bit trying to figure out what they were. They slowly moved in front of me (they always stayed together in a large group) – I passed under a tree and they were gone. I stopped again and scanned the sky and there was nothing – not one. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

As I was driving North, a very bright white light with a blue tail, about 300 - 500 feet in the air, shot past incredibly fast and then arced and disappeared.

I spot this flahing light up in the sky, though it was an airplane but as it got closer, it doesnt see like an airplane. ..so I video tape it and wonder what it was and maybe you can help me figure out what it was.
