The report, as filed
Was getting ready for bed and then looked out to see the stars. I noticed one star was very bright and then started moving. I then noticed a flashing red light. At first it looked like it could have been a plane, but the way it was hovering proved that it was no such thing.

It lasted almost 2 minutes. It was silent. It was moving very slowly. I immediately called channel 4 News in Washington DC they said they had another report of the same. I then contacted Loudoun county non-emergency and they told me to contact the FAA. I tried contacting the FAA to no avail. [NUFORC annotation: Starlink - Possible]

Saw 6-8 lights the were equal in brightness to the stars. The lights were steady and did not blink like the normal air traffic in the area. They were observed south west of Ashburn VA. They were equidistant from each other and appeared to move in a circular pattern from west to the south. As they continued south they were no longer visible. They moved at a moderate speed similar to that of an airplane keeping equal space from each other the whole time

From my 2nd story bedroom window, my wife sees a craft hovering from the window. She stares for 30 seconds saying "what the..." before I get curious. She then tells me a craft us hovering in our soccer field 100 yards further than the back yard. We start taking pictures of the 3 lights showing the shape. A blinker like a air craft blinking red is in the center (which throws me off). Then as I switch phone to different setting for better picture, we witness the craft hover straight down onto the street that hangs above the soccer field goal. I freak out and don't want to stop staring ad it seems to sit there like a car, until other cars finally pass and confirm it is there. See run out back on our deck to take more pictures but it appeared to "morphe" into a car. Or it simply evaporated or disappeared on landing and was never there after touching down. This is the 3rd or 4th time (second with pics and video) so I wanted to write about it a! fter seeing the number of sightings in my area this year.

About 9:15 pm Friday went outside to the balcony to smoke a cigarette along with my wife, watched the sky and saw a bright white dot moving very fast in a highly far distance from northwest to towards the east and then disappeared. We noticed another one is moving on the same line and the same direct and disappeared exactly in the same spot as the previous on. We saw another one, and another, and another. Did not count them, but they were about 20. All the same size, same color and same speed. And after about 15 minutes, we saw no other one. They were moving in an exact distance from each other. We saw only one that was moving in another line (another direction) but towards the same destination where the others were moving and disappearing. There was an aircraft with flashing lights that we always see flying above us in the sky, but it's speed was much slower than the suspicious objects.

Driving up suburban road in a northwest direction, this would be in the direction to western Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.. Driving up i noticed what I first thought to be a firework that had just exploded from the look of spread out blue orbs. Getting a better look i noticed that these where stationary blue orbs, these orbs where a type of blue that is akin to the color of dark tropical water, with a majority of them clustered in a vertical line and to the immediate right around five of these orbs where spread out but still within the height of the first vertical cluster. These orbs stayed in a stationary location, I went inside my house and check up on them about ten minuets after first seeing them, and they where no longer visible. i did not see them disperse. Living near a large international airport i see many planes and many types of them and this was absolutely not a plane or any other conventional type aircraft that i have ever seen based on the formation of the lights and the lack of movement within the formation itself. while driving home i did have unusual radio problems.
