The report, as filed
Coming down North Rhett headed towards Burger King and Hardees intersection, about 4 miles before the intersection I noticed a beam of light glaring into my glasses, I look and begin to think it's two helicopters that are searching for something, I get closer and notice that the lights dim and it starts to hover across highway, I look up and notice this craft it a triangular shape and is silent as it hovers towards to other side of road. It moved towards north Charleston area quietly and disappeared.
