I just wanted someone to see if this video depicts something close to a phenomenon caused by a UFO. I noticed the cloud rising up from the middle of the clouds, not at the bottom of the ocean, and out into space. The starting point was in the clouds. When I grabbed my video camera to shoot it, you can see the cloud, as if a rocket or missile being launched from a pad (instead the pad was on the clouds), and upwards beyond the blue sky.
