The report, as filed
the boomerang shaped object was very large and was composed of about 17 large white lights one in the center and the others around it making a boomerang shape. i watched it slowly going across the sky. then another object something like a helicopter came towards it and was flying under it for a distance. After the object had floated away, the helicopter type object went back to a stationary position in the night sky. During this whole event there was no sound and possibly no sightings unless someone else was using night vision goggles the way i was because when i tried seeing the object with binoculars it was invisible i had to use my nvg to see it. the helicopter type object could be seen with binoculars but not the boomerang.

I was sitting in my chair facing the window, the lights in my room were out and a big thing with no lights and almost no sound flew between my building and the building across the street. I was kind of far away from the window so the passing object was only in sight for maybe half a second. It was ovular with what looked like a vertical stabilizer on its rear end, which makes me believe it was a propellor plane or a particularly long helicopter. However, it made almost no sound and had no identifying lights, unlike any other helicopter I had seen. My roommate and I will often hear helicopters and open the curtains to look at them long before we can actually see them, so I know that they aren't usually this quiet. I ran down the hallway to try to see it out another window but I couldn't. In the seconds after I saw it, I was expecting an explosion due to how low flying the thing was.

On the evening of May 27, while I was photographing the ‘Buffalo Bridge’ in Georgetown to enter in the Georgetowner summer photo contest, I noticed unusual activity in the sky in the picture I took. The phenomena are evident in the still photos I took. I would like to show them to you. At the begging was a dot change to like a line of light moving from the east to northeast. The picture was at the evening I was there also on the 25 of may but the night of the 27 of May I went again during the evening and capture the event on still photos. I have diferentes time at the same location. May, 27 (4) four photos call my attention was take by the second per second during the night June, 5 (4) four photos clear sky you don’t see it nothing but once you enlarge the photo you can see the objects. I took a photo by the second.

I was in bed sleeping I turned over on my back opened my eyes and I could see through the bed room celling, when I looked into sky I saw it flying over my apt blinding, lights flashing, I tried to yell or speak but I couldn’t do it as I was looking into the sky! Soon it was gone; it lasted about 5 mins

At first I thought it could have been an unusual entanglement of those narrow balloons used to make balloon animals, however, I don’t believe they could have floated in this position with helium. The object moved only slightly, despite a breeze which would have greatly moved even an anchored balloon. No wire, ribbon or any kind of string was present. As I ran around the corner to try and get right underneath it, I could not find it.

Whiles siting on my couch watching tv, i see a round object with a bright light coming from it. The object flew across the sky at about the same speed as a shooting star however it never faded out or changed velocity. The light coming from it flared a little as if it was a fire. Because of how fast it was moving I only managed a few gazing seconds before it moved out of sight.

I was walking in my backyard towards my driveway when my cat, who was also in the backyard, suddenly froze staring at the base of a tree. It then took a few steps backwards, turned around, and ran full speed to the door on the other side of the house (to be let back inside). I looked around the tree to see what had frightened the cat, but there was nothing there, so I turned and took a few steps away, but decided to quickly look back one last time. That's when I saw this object running from the tree to behind the trash barrels located near the end of the driveway. It was about 12-15 ft. from me and in my direct line of sight on a bright, sunny day. I was very startled, and decided to first let the cat back into the house. A few minutes later I walked over to the trash barrels, but there was nothing there. The object appeared to 2 dimensional (like a geometrically shaped cardboard cutout), and it seemed able to camouflage itself (like a cuttlefish, or something I'd expect to be created in a DARPA lab). The object’s legs appeared to be moving rapidly, but it’s movement was comparatively slow as if it wasn’t getting good traction. The object was approximately 18 inches tall. It was shaped like a small black sphere with a pie shaped cutout (similar to the outline of an astronaut’s helmet) over a black triangular shaped mid section, and a barely visible pair of legs below the mid section. I don't expect others to believe me, as I wouldn't believe such a story if it was told to me. Never-the-less, I’ve reported what I had seen, because I couldn't attribute it to being a shadow, glare, or another rational explanation, and perhaps others also spotted it. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be sincere. However, he provides only a first name, and a minimum of contact information. We are uncertain as to the authenticity of the report. PD
