The report, as filed
As it came closer in my direction, it was clear to see that it had 3 giant round bright bright lights horizontally and above it and below the 3 lights was a very thin band of lights that over and had colors. It stayed stationary for a short time, moved slowly to the right, then shortly after that, it just moved straight down, out of my sight into the south point of the island.
