The report, as filed
It woke me up out of a dead sleep and I have video and this is not the first I have seen objects in the sky . Once there was a white beam shining down on our house. So weird, what do you think it is? Possible hoax. Source of report requests response, but elects to remain totally anonymous, and provides no contact information. Date provided is probably wrong, reflecting a sighting in 2015. We suspect the correct date should be in 2016, and we have amended the date above. PD

For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist.
