The report, as filed
Two of my friends and I were walking to one of our friends house when i looked up and saw the big dipper. Then just a little farther to the left i saw a glowing ball of light moving across the sky. Then i said look and both friends looked up. The one of them said its another. As we watched them, one stopped and another bypassed as if it thought the other one was a star. Then when the second ufo as ahead about 10 ft. away, the first ufo changed directions and went the opposite way of the second one. Then they both disappeared. As we continued on i looked up in a different direction, I saw a huge grey triangle in the sky with a red light in the middle of the bottom and three blue lights on the tips. It was moving across the sky quietly, then another appeared farther to the right. It looked the same as the first triangle one, but instead of silence it as loud like a jet. My two friends went inside, then both ufo hovered for about two minutes. One disappeared, ! while the other hovered above me. I then fell asleep. Then my friends came back outside and said I was inactive (non responsive) for the first 30 seconds when they came back outside. I dont remember being inactive but i remember going to sleep. Now i have a new scar on the under part of my armpit. I still have the scar.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

The was no noise as I am used to seeing jets go over. These had no noise and did not change their path. Each seemed to originate from same area of the skyline and disappeared in the same area of skyline. They were about 20 seconds apart from each other. I have seen many things but not like these.

Circular shape, round like a ball, black, gliding very smoothly and passing by fairly quickly. When I zoom in on the picture, there seems to be some kind of circular field around it. [NUFORC annotation: Balloon - Possible]

At 37000 ft. Over Missouri saw 3 to 4 lights rotating around each other. The lights would fade and dim. Tracked the sighting for 100s of miles. Also saw 2-3 shooting star like objects in the same vicinity. The rotating lights were east of the Big Dipper.

Multi color lights alternately appearing , disappearing in the sky above the treeline much like a drone array only no structure seen and much larger in width than a common drone. When I went to the window to get a closer look I heard a loud powerful propulsion lasting a couple seconds then no more to report. During the time I saw lights there was no sound just silence. After the propulsion noise no more sighting.

I was on a 30 min break outside, it was 30 degrees with a light breeze, approximately 0137AM-0141AM. As I was sitting outside of my building (Anthem STL) steps (facing toward the Union Station Hotel above the left side of the building in sky @ 130-150 degrees SE), I caught a very quick glance of a bright white flash it was a perfectly orb/spherical like figure that had appeared to be zipping downwards at what appeared to be curve and right as it was doing that it disappeared in the sky it was clear a night/morning no clouds were visible.
