The report, as filed
After twenty minutes of watching, I noticed it was not moving. When airplanes from the airport would come close to the object, the lights would dim and it would move to my right in a straight line. Once the plane was away from the object it would Brighton up and the colors would be vivid again. The was a plane shape object that came up from behind and was circling it.I watched it for an hour. I looked outside at 21:00 and it moved South. The object is still flashing multiple colors. I looked outside at 21:15 and it was gone. Sirius?? PD

I went to lunch a little after 2 am I'm sitting in my car eating my lunch when I see a bright white light in the sky at first I didn't think much about because I knew there was a major airport not to far from there and passed it off as a plane with its lights on coming straight towards me. So I'm eating listening to music and I glance over and its still there I said to myself that there is no way that was a plane because a plane would have either turned or passed overhead in 20 minutes time. So my next thought was its a star then I started thinking if it is a star it would still have moved some. I decided to do a test and went to grab my phone to video it but then had a feeling not to because it wouldn't work. So my test was to see if it was moving slowly like a star. I rolled the passenger side window up to where the very top of the window blocked the light and had my head propped against the headers of my seat so my head wouldn't move around and closed my right eye and as soon as I did that it moved straight up an inch and stopped. So I thought this is crazy tried it a different way and lined it up with the top of the door to where I could barely see it and it stayed there not moving at all so I tried it the same way as the first time and the same exact results. I was thinking well whatever it is is playing games with me or wanting me to see it. Then lunch was about over so I headed back in because it was almost 3 am.

I noticed a ring around the sun so I took some pictures with my phone. While reviewing the pictures I noticed a blue orb in them and the location of the orb moved from each photo. I went back outside to take more pictures and it was still noticeable in the photos and videos. I then got my son’s phone to take more pictures to make sure it wasn’t just my phone capturing a glare/reflection of some sort. His phone captured the same thing.

At 23:30 on July 14th. I couldn’t sleep so I whent out onto the step landing to smoke it had rained and I could more stars than usual I was looking to the south west and saw a reddish orange ball appear on the horizon as it came closer I could see a lack band around it . There was only one what I thought was a cloud and this was right over my head, when the ball was about half way to the cloud another ball appears and then another and another til there were7 about then #1 interned the cloud . I had been studying the cloud and could see vertical strips the full width of it the first ball flew into it and didn’t come.out the other balls were flying in A zigzag or staggered formation and other than 1 disappearing from.one side and appearing on the out side looked like they were touching and flew like that for about a min. There was no sound nor exterior lights when the trailing edge of the last object interned the cloud the cloud balls and all disappeared quicker than you could blink your eye

A group of lights rose from behind a distant hill and moved west to east before disappearing. There were about 15 lights in total, with 10-12 lights visible at any one time. The lights were reddish orange in color and appeared to flicker or shimmer but did not blink or flash. The lights rose one by one and followed a similar trajectory through the sky, rising from behind a hill about 2 miles away, and leveled off at varying, yet similar, altitudes while moving west to east. Their speed seemed to be much slower than that of a typical airplane; the objects had a floating quality to their movement. After moving to the east, the objects, one by one, at different times but at the same place in the sky, dimmed and disappeared. There was no sound associated with the objects. The lights were steady throughout the time they were visible and did not blink or flash as a typical aircraft’s lights would. When I first noticed the lights, there were 10 in the sky, with additional lights rising for a total of about 15. Several other witnesses were seen taking pictures of the objects with their smartphones. I am an English teacher and aviation enthusiast, familiar with typical aircraft lighting and movement patterns. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
