Me and my brother saw a white triangle shaped craft moving about the sky. ((HOAX?? Contact information defective.))

They both appear to be like glowing in and out and their just white colored. I don't hear any noises from it either. My dog is next to me and keeps barking at the sky, not sure what that's about.

My two dogs were outside and barked at them like crazy and my outdoor light stopped working for a few minutes.

Hovers about 1,000 foot off the ground and has 2 bright large headlights. It is circle and it might be a drone but I don't know for sure. It has been spotted for 3 nights now. Makes a soft humming sound. Medium sized aircraft. Flies very quick and sometimes hovers.
