The report, as filed
On November 15, 2015, at approximately 13:00 hours, I observed what appeared to be a point of fairly bright light in the southern sky. This point of light was several degrees south of zenith, and slightly east. Weather conditions at the time were clear, sunny, and fairly warm. The light was similar in brightness to Saturn. I observed the light with the naked eye for approximately three minutes. The light did not move, flicker, dim, or increase in brightness. I went indoors and obtained a pair of binoculars. Upon returning outside, I used my binoculars to look at the object. It resolved in the field of view of my binoculars as a disc shaped object. The object was not moving, nor were there any lights or other activity around the object. It appeared to be chrome or light grey in color and at a fairly high altitude. The material was very reflective. I observed the object for about five minutes. Unable to determine what the object was, I then went back indoors and brought out my Orion 4.5’ Equatorial Reflector Telescope with a 25mm optic. I found the object in my telescope and was able to notice greater detail about the object. It was circular, and appeared to have thick, ribbed sides, similar to a Jello mold in appearance. In the center of the object was a small nodule, also circular, that could best be described as the top of a bell. There did not appear to be any tethering equipment attached to this object, nor any lights, windows, doors, or instrumentation attached, nor any motion from the object. It remained stationary the entire time I observed it, which was about twenty-five minutes. The object also appeared to be very stable and did not appear to be moving as a result of any winds that may be at the altitude the object was at. After resuming my outdoor activities, I came back to look for the object just before 15:00 hours. The object was gone. I could not locate it anywhere else in the sky using my naked eye or my binoculars. I searched online for anything similar and located an object with uncanny resemblance spotted in New Zealand in 2014. The link to the object for comparison is: http://tinyurl.com/pk9lpun

Hello I live in west Dearborn Michigan bordering Detroit. I've been watching the skys every night and I kept telling my daughter I would love to spot a ufo one day then it happened! My daughter was screaming telling me come see there's a ufo. When I came outside all I saw was streaks in the sky that are something I've never seen before. First I thought they were clouds but they weren't because it was a clear day with no clouds in the sky. Then I thought it was a jet trail but it couldn't be because they were to many of them on top of each other and some of them were not connected. I told her it's not a ufo because they are not moving then I looked up and saw a black object flying high in the sky around planes and it looked like a mother ship with another smaller object that seemed to hover around the bigger object and maybe even through it. It's definitely not a plane it had no lights or sound. It was the most amazing thing I ever saw. I'm wondering if the s! treaks in the sky had something to do with the unidentified flying objects flying but im everyone I ask tells me you really got something here that's unique.

Observed what appeared to be a satellite moving north to south just below big dipper then noticed it changed heading to a die west course and decreased elevation to the point that it was approx 20 thousand feet. Had a bright white strobing light that on every third flash was so bright was like it was taking a pic of ground and blinding. Craft disappeared on a westerly heading behind roof of house inhibiting view and then reappeared approx five mins later and assumed exact same heading it took on approach as it exited all the way back to extreme elevation along bottom of Big Dipper south to north then dissapearing.

I was outdoors in my yard and I turned around to look in the sky and I saw what I thought was a satellite but when it got almost over my head I saw it had three lights in a triangle shape it made no sound at all and was moving northeast

I was driving down Telegraph road towards Ford road in Dearborn MI around 5:45 pm when I saw a very large strangely lit cigar shaped craft passing overhead rather quickly but silently and with ease. I wrote off what I’d seen as being a very high tech low flying blimp and redirected my thoughts. About five minutes later on the same car ride I saw a saucer shaped (much smaller) craft moving quickly overhead near McMillan and Heinz street in Dearborn Heights. (It appeared to be maybe half a mile from where I was viewing it). The lights, speed, and possibly shape were changing. It eventually stopped moving and hovered for a moment in place before lowering towards the ground at a ninety degree angle. I pulled down the street to my destination, ran inside, and about twenty minutes later left again to go to the gas station. Upon leaving the gas station I saw the same very large cigar shaped craft I had initially witnessed now hovering above ford road near Golfview! . I took the car home and took the dog for a walk about ten minutes later to see if I could see anything else. In the same spot near McMillan and Heinz where I saw the small saucer shaped craft I now witnessed what appeared to be a white circular light appearing almost like a hole in the sky. It was very bright and emitting rays similar to a small moon moving overhead. Eventually the white orb appeared to change shape and now appeared as a horizontally moving craft with rgb lights blinking. In between these sightings was a steady and unusual stream of low flying identifiable air craft all headed in seemingly the same direction.

My co-worker and I were taking a break outside of our work, and continuously saw 1-3 spheres at a time steadily flying directly west, well above the clouds. They were all over the sky, but headed in the same direction, one group right behind the other and spread far apart. At the same time this was happening, the sun had a faint halo around it. When they stopped appearing, the halo was gone, and it started getting cloudy. We are almost directly under the flight path of DTW, so you can obviously tell what was an airliner and what was a sphere. The spheres did not leave any kind of trail, and would sometimes zig-zag their flight paths. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Hello again. I just spoke to someone at the NWS who stated a couple of things. There was a high Cirrus overcast (I assume thats what was causing the halo around the sun), and lower sparse clouds moving in another direction. I can’t tell you the exact altitude of the orbs/lights I saw, but they seemed to be a bit higher than the lower clouds. Also, I don’t think I made it clear that the objects were not just in one spot in the sky like a flightpath or a line, but rather spread out in the entire sky, and as far as I could see. They were just as visible from a distance, or directly above me. If this was a weather phenomena, then what a sight! Very cool indeed! Here are the specifics from NWS- This Cirrus Overcast at 25-35k ft. Wind direction - from SW-NE (240 degrees) @60kts Lower cloud altitude - 4-6.5k ft. Wind Direction from East to West (coming from 060 degrees) @20 kts

July 4th, I took my dogs out at about 11:25. There were a lot of fireworks being shot off, so I expected to see some things but this was different. While I was waiting for my dogs I noticed a bright orange light that looked like a fireball or a firework being shot off. But it was moving very slowly up and over at the same time. It slowly moved up and over my house until it disappeared into the clouds above my house. I then noticed another light exactly like the first moving exactly in the same direction and at the same rate of speed. The second one disappeared somewhere up above my house. I thought it was very strange, so I came inside to google it, to figure out what it might be. That's when I found the many other reports of the same type of sighting.
