The report, as filed
A bright clear morning early on the 28th of October, 2015, I looked out my south facing window, and saw two objects that were stationary. One was further away and to the right of the other and was also more faint to the naked eye. I watched them for approximately 10 + mins and they did not move. I got up again the next morning and again saw these items which again were stationary. I have not seen them since that date, but of course, most of this time the weather has been overcast and rainy. I am not sure if it was the day before or after but as you can see I took a picture with my small camera. They seemed to be in the same location on both days. They appeared to have a circle of lights on the perimeter of the objects, which were from my vantage point white in color.
