The report, as filed
This morning, I was driving North on Route 29 towards Columbia. I was past the ICC. I saw a metallic silver object and thought it was too big to be a balloon. I kept looking at it, it didn’t make noise. It was a triangular shape but if it turned, it looked like a different shape. There were 3 big red lights on the bottom of it. I tried to look at it as long as I could but the stoplight turned green and I had to keep driving. It wasn’t being chased, it was just moving southbound fairly slowly. Enough for me to have been looking at it during the red stoplight and not lost it from sight. It was a clear morning so I know it wasn’t anything else. And I know what a plane shape is like but this didn’t have any wings jutting out or a tail. It was just a smooth metallic triangle with lights on the bottom. On Monday October 2nd, I saw multiple streaks of light/star/cloud trails enter the atmosphere. This was around 1p.m. At first I thought it was airplanes or satellites but the streaks would come straight down or come in diagonally, and go straight into a cloud. Sometimes coming out sometimes not. Or hover and get smaller and disappear. Around 6:15 the same evening, two streaks came down, one behind the other, stopped in mid air, and joined together. There was no trail; they now looked like stars. Just hovering. (The one streak came down and joined with the other that had stooped mid-air). Another streak hovered then very slowly turned around and went back up into the sky into a cloud directly above it. These seem to have consciousness. There was a round metallic sphere that went into a cloud nearby (and did not come back out while I watched) in the same vicinity around the time all these streaks were coming into the atmosphere. It was a clear night sky, no clouds in sight, and as we were getting off the highway in a fairly rural part of Maryland, we saw an oval shaped object outlined by a bright turquoise colored ring light that was flying over us. This object was clearly the shape of a disk, as outlined by the blue light it was emitting, and you could see its disk form because the sky was clear enough to do so. It also flew across much faster than a plane, and it was too rural for anyone to operate a drone, so it wasn't a drone either.

Was leaving shopping center with my brother and saw objects in sky for less than a minute when it disappeared. Sky was clear, no clouds around. Very bright

My friend and I watch them for about 20 minutes. they would go across the sky and uniform spacing and then disappear when it got to the Little Dipper.

After watching for a while, we saw that it moved jerkily in a closed pattern, not a circle, but going all the way around. After watching a while longer, we went to our apartment at Riderwood Village, turned off the lights and saw it through the window. I am a physicist so I know it was not a satellite (because of the jerky motion) and not a star (same reason), so the question is "what is it?".

4 lights in a perfect square in sky. I thought that it may have been the moon with odd fading. The 4 lights did not move but the lights faded out and re-appeared a short distance away and did not move again only fading re-assuring what I saw. I had enough time to pullout my cell phone and try to take a picture however, my phone did not capture the full image.
