The report, as filed
I had just gotten to work and was outside with a co-worker having a smoke and admiring the clouds, bullshitting about the weather and the season when she noticed it first and asked what it was. She thought it was a single craft but i was quick to notice it was 2 separate craft in a tight formation, to my surprise they were 2 Boeing B-1B Lancers. The nearest bases are Barnes Air National Guard 103rd Fighter Wing (F-15s) and Westover Air reserve Base housing the 43rd Airlift wing. If I recall correctly there are no B1 Wings on the East coast. The Bombers were flying high at typical airliner height, with no after sound, heading from East to West. This is not a UFO reporting but like my description just irregular air traffic
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #122566). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

We suspect a possible lens flare. We see many of them. PD

At approximately 9:00 PM on 4/11/2020, we witnessed a line of over 30+ bright white lights moving in an east direction in a straight line, the lights all evenly-spaced and moving at the same slow speed. We did not hear any noise coming from these objects. Due to Covid-19 quarantine, there were no planes flying and the sky was perfectly clear so these lights were highly visible (clearly not stars, shooting stars, etc.)

Driving on West Road saw a stationary craft in the sky above me with at least 3 lights too close to me to be a plane and not moving. It seemed like a sparkly thing was coming down slowly from it like a slow moving pin of light toward my car and i stopped my car and said to myself what is that? Got scared and wanted to keep moving...

There was a glowing object somewhat low in the south/southwest sky that looked similar to Mars, only it was bigger than Mars or any other visible planet and it was not Mars (I found what was definitely Mars in another spot in the sky). I did not move. I used an app to figure out what celestial entity it might be, but nothing came up. It was definitely not a plane; it stayed in the same spot for at least 40 minutes or so before suddenly vanishing. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

Near Pinney Street, saw an unidentified light source, about 1000 feet high, that seemed to have structure to it; the lights seemed to be shining through something. The object had 2 circular lights on top, a wide bright light below it, and a single light below that. The object was not moving at all. We watched it for about a minute, from about a mile away, until we were almost beneath it. As we were attempting to identify it and were driving down the street, the lights slowly dimmed until they were out. We then stopped the car, to see if we could hear a plane engine, but could not see or hear anything more. A senior and a teenager witnessed this.

We had an aircraft visible to the south heading toward Bradly airport with its landing lights clearly visible. The light we saw had no aircraft lights visible. It was much larger and faster moving than satellites we see. Definitely something we've never seen before.
