The report, as filed
First 2-3 minutes, it was bright blue light stationary in the sky, then changed to red after 2-3 minutes changed into a small yellow light and started moving and suddenly in a blink it was at different place and then became more and more tiny and disappeared. I am 40-year old housewife living in a high rise. My bedroom wall is glass, so in a habit of watching sky in the night before sleeping...daily observe ....this light was very bright and not moving so caught my attention.
