The report, as filed
Red green and orange lights, craft, hellacopter? Traveled erratically at 15000 ft with small bursts of movement forward and slightly from side to side and moved north west over the ocean to the south. It would go dark from time to time throw off balls of light that resembled sparks. It through off one last ball of light and it went dark and vanished. No falling AC or flames...just gone. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
