While camping near Indian creek saw a group of 3 lights which alternated from bright white to Orange to yellow gold which floated at treetop level from right to left up and down in a irregular pattern for nearly 4 hours. Was hard to judge size or shape due to tree limbs obscuring view at times. Object seemed to rotate clockwise several times during this event but always had three lights visable from my viewing angle. Made a dull whooshing noise like a gentle breeze blowing even though there was no wind that night. Have military aviation background and knowledge of aircraft from military and civilian services but this objects motion and lack of sound made it unique enough to warrant my alerting other campers to it's presence. Several other campers vame to my vantage point to verify, though several were intoxicated at the time of the event. Not sure if it matters here, but earlier in the day, Saturday, 08/15/15, there was an increase in military helicopter activity in the same area, and again the morning of Sunday, 08/16/15, there were several Apache helicopters flying around the area, as well.
