The report, as filed
Was driving into work on Route 5, between Palatine Bridge, NY, and Fonda. I saw 20 small hovering lights that made a complete circle about 5 feet off ground. The lights were white and blue perfect circles, near the Iroquois Indian Reservation.

Orbs moving very fast and very intelligently. Blinking between white and orange, and moving impossibility fast, in all directions. Looked like they were exploring in curiosity. Definitely seemed like they were engaging with each other.

Pulsating light orbs observed for several minutes in clear night sky. Northeastern sky, no higher than the treeline.. orbs were lit up & rapidly changing directions- going up, down, left, right, etc. VERY FAST! Jellyfish-like, Pulsating movements, and seeming to "scan" the ground area below them. We observed while outside on a very cold night, and there were two of them interacting with each other and with the environment. Almost looked like a performance. VERY cold night, so observation was no longer than 10 minutes. I have seen these many times before in this same area, but wasn't aware of database to report until now, so I will be reporting again if/when they return.
