The report, as filed
As I went under them I lowered my window at 70 mph and looked straight up and saw two perfect v shaped lights, all circular like spot lights hovering and no noise and no it was not a drone they are noisy and I know what they sound like. When I passed there were no lights on the backside. I called fhp they sent a trooper out and found nothing because I called the day after. I asked the dispatcher if I was the only one that called and she said yes, even though hundreds of cars headed east that night with plenty of traffic.
