The report, as filed
As it approached directly over head I noticed another object approaching from a slight southeast direction, and they appeared to pass one another, the second object to the southern side of the passenger plane, from my perspective they looked to be equal in size, only this new object was a little blurry or hazy, as if it was actually much higher and the haze was a result of the gases in the higher atmosphere which means this t! hing was either much larger than the plane or, if it was gases, magnified by them. The sound of the landing plane was clearly audible and the sound stayed with the movement of the plane, it was definitely low enough that the sound of it's turbines didn't trail behind it. But, as this other object passed the plane, I followed it until it passed over the corner of my home on it's north, slightly northwest trajectory. I observed it was moving a little bit faster than the descending speed of the plane, it had absolutely no wings or protrusions, in made absolutely no sound and it was lined with maybe 4 to 7 lights that appeared to be pulsating very brightly in shades of red and green, but because it appeared to by in a haze, almost like peering through a wave of heat that rises off of black top, any detail other than the lights and outline where not distinguishable. I can only speculate what this was but I have two theories. One is that it was hazy because of its height and is ! actually enormous or not quite so large and amplified by the magnifyin g properties of gases. Second the blurry affects are from a malfunctioning cloaking apparatus, and the lack of sound or wings or afterburner means it may have been an antigravity vehicle. These are not my pictures or video, but for reference purposes I have included them. The object in the video looks like it's actually reflecting light, the lights on what I saw where consistent. This is what I saw only more hazy and larger. I was heading to work. It was very early dawn. Still dark but light starting to show. Was waiting at a red light. 3rd car back on left side. About 630ish I'm guessing. I was on Niagara Falls Blvd. Walmore road was the red light I was at. Facing south. I came to red light. 2 cars in front of me and I'm guessing 4 to 5 in right lane. At least 1 car behind me. I was entering a GPS address for work on my phone and I noticed light turned green. Nobody moved in either lane. I was wondering why no one was moving. I looked over and saw guy in right lane directly next to my car kind of ducking and looking up through his windshield. I looked through my windshield and saw a UFO float by. It was Dark Grey. No lights. Best I could describe it would be like seeing something the size of a common 4' swimming pool in a backyard. Except it was dark grey. Floating mid air. Perfect circle but had height to it. No lights. No trail. Solid shape. No clouds were even in front of us. Perfect sky except the dawn light was just starting. It was prob a 100f off the ground. It floated across the road and over trees where I lost sight. Total time I saw it was about 6 to 9 secs. I know other cars saw it because cars not moving during green light is what made me look over at car next me and trying to see what's going on. My guess is other people in cars saw it. I'm reporting this because I'm hoping someone else is reporting this sighting too. It was obviously there and I don't see how anyone could have missed it. I know for sure car next to me saw it. Flat disk shaped. Dark grey. Metallic. Not very reflective. No lights on it whatsoever. I would say imagine a floating 4' Swimming pool that was dark grey floating about a hundred feet off the ground. It was moving away from our cars from right to left. Diagonally. I did see it's underside first. Flat dark grey metallic but only for maybe a second at first. Then watched it as it drifted away till it went over trees and out of sight. I would guess maybe 10 miles a hour. Was moving at a pace just not fast. Other cars started to move so I had to look back at road and tried to get a sighting again as I drove by the trees it flew over. I did not see it again. I know other cars saw it. I looked at local news papers thinking someone must have said something by now. Like I said. Cars did not move during the green light. So I'm guessing everyone saw it or was stuck behind a car that was observing it. It was not a cloud. It was a circle. Was way to low to the ground. Estimate it size is hard. Maybe 50' round and 8' tall. Flat disk. More like a nickel. No dome or lights. If it was a hair darker I def wouldn't have noticed. Dawn light gave it's outline. It was solid. Dark greyish metal or some kind of dim haze. No vapor trail. I could not tell if sound or not because windows were up. I swear everything I just describe this true and if you have questions feel free to ask after 2pm eastern time. Especially interested if other cars came forward. I'm am 100% I'm not the only car there that saw it. Car next to me for sure and I'm guessing behind both of us. Very clear memory of the whole sighting. Thanks for your time.

I was outside walking my dog when I looked up into the sky and noticed the white light, this is a busy airplane pathway, so at first I thought it may be that. But for well over 40 minutes and no noise there was no movement from that location. It wasn’t jupiter, too high up to be a drone, I took a photo with my cell phone, but too blurry. I called my wife out, we watched together as the occasional red light would orbit the white steady light, just siitong in the sky.

Green light/smoke flashed across the sky followed by whirring noise and lights blinking as the craft came to a stand still. Very dark so hard to see but there appeared to be 2 crafts with two sets of blinking lights hovering in the night sky above the power authority in Niagara Falls, NY. Light resembling red road flare, slightly flickering, travelling north and meandering. No FAA light, headlights or wing lights. Suddenly dropped a faint white light that disappeared within one second then approximately ten seconds later, directly overhead, split into two separate lights, one white, one red, which cruised alongside each other for maybe two seconds before switching color and intensity with each other. Then the white one (original red light) disappeared and the new red light continued north northeast for a few more seconds before fading and disappearing completely. Absolutely no sound. Weather calm, slight rain and low clouds. Light may have gone behind clouds. Altitude seemed that of a cruising single prop plane or lower. I am a keen outdoors man whom trusts his senses and have not drank alcohol or taken any medication of any kind. Airplanes are common and recognizable in this area as there is a public international airport and Air Force base close by. This light/object approached from the west of these air installations and traveled over the south edge of NY power reservoir before sighting ended. Not the first time I've seen unusual lights in this area but this was worth mentioning. My description does not convey how scary this was.

As I scanned the sky while the sun was beginning to set between ours and our neighbors houses looking for twilight stars, there came into view approaching from the South Southwest, two football shaped, dull orange glowing objects. The houses are single-storey. They appeared to be perhaps metallic, reflecting the setting suns light. Their flight was bird-like, and I consciously blinked to make sure I was actually seeing what I was seeing. Their paths crossed and they veered North as they passed just to my left as I faced North. I estimate their height above ground to be 100 - 150 feet, above the tallest treetops, which are about 60 feet. I estimate the objects size to be about two feet along the long axis. They also proceeded sideways by which I mean the flight was not like a " tight spiral" of a skillfully thrown football. The sky was clear and the planet Venus was just becoming visible. It was still T-shirt weather. I told my wife and she thought it no surprise with the Air Force base a mere mile away and with their mission possibly going to an all-drone base, this might not have been unusual. However, these objects were in no way aircraft or bird shaped. They emitted no sound and seemed only to reflect light with the dull orange glow. I remember a sense of wonderment as I had never seen anyting like this before being a life-long skywatcher. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD
