The report, as filed
I looked out my bedroom window and saw a glowing light above a mountain top across the road from me. I stared at it for quite some time, turned away for a second because i thought my eyes were just playing tricks because the bright circle hovered in one spot but moving slightly up and down and side to side. Its to big to be a star and not the look of a distant airplan. After I turn back to see the image, it looked as if it was slowly going down behind the mountain and leaving a bright glow in that area.
