I was driving home late at night and saw 4 Orange lights in a straight line coming at me. They were flashing. They came remarkably close to my car. My window was down and I heard no sound whatsoever. As I pulled the car over to see and record these lights, they were no longer visible. Source of report indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD
