The report, as filed
We first thought it was a black kite or drone. It was still light out so we could not determine if there were lights. It had appeared to have just taken off or flying very low. It was diamond in shape with wings and an acute flap at end. It floated up and traveled West slowly. There is video after we ruled out kite and drone but not good quality.

Blinking lights of blue and green and red and white hovering in the sky not moving no sound just stationary in a single spot above the tree line the object did not move we watched for over an hour and we kept checking on it was still there when we all went to bed sometime after midnight just hovering in the sky blinking the same pattern red blue green then a white color right above where the red blue green pattern was like a loop never changing never moving just hovering motionless in the sky.
