The report, as filed
My Wife and I usually spend time in our outside hot tub most nights. Our hot tub is up against our house and we look directly up to see the sky (after the eave of our house) and then on to the East. We have seen the usual space sightings i.e. the ISS frequently, other Satellites and Meteors along with normal high and low flying aircraft. What we witnessed was totally mind blowing. A very unusual event. Looking directly straight up we saw what looked like a satellite appear and as usual we would have just watched it go and disappear, but this time another satellite appeared directly after it. I commented to my wife, wow that’s unusual and then a 3rd and then a 4th appeared. These “spots of light” looked exactly like other satellites that we have seen. (The ISS is brighter) They were heading East in a Line, following each other. There was no sound (none) as to explain aircraft in formation. They only were white, like the ISS except smaller again like, other satellites we have witnessed. Speed seemed similar to ISS or other satellites we have witnessed. We just watched until they disappeared in the East. Picture below is best I can do .. you will have to imagine the distance between going by the speed described above and the explanation of how quickly we spotted them. West Directly Traveling East O O O O Started seeing them at 90º above us. I am a logical man with many years behind me and have never ever seen anything like this before. I would love an explanation that I could accept. RETRACTION--Thanks to Mr. Ted Molczan of SEESAT-1, we now believe that the 4-5+ objects seen by witnesses in the Pacific Northwest probably were parts from the "Dragon" CRS-6 supply ship, which had been launched a few hours before the sighting. We express our gratitude to Mr. Molczan, and to his collaborators, for spotting our error, and for making the information available to our Center. PD

Lackluster sighting in comparison to other sightings, but , I was camping with my girlfriend when we noticed what we initially thought was a comet/meteor. As it got closer, it started to look more like a jumbo jet with no wings/tail/lights or sound. Can't seem to find anything online about it,

We noticed there were lights going across the sky going in the same direction and same speed some were apart, some together. From the time I noticed it until there was cloud cover and I couldn't see anymore I counted more than 50 of them. There was a shooting star falling straight down from the direction of the lights as well.

They are streaming across the sky slowly, in a line fro south to east and maybe over the city at high altitude. Like sats but in a definite line.

I saw through the windshield of my car,a very bright white light hovering stationary to the North,my right,as I faced West in the empty drive through at the Tim Horton cafe. The light stayed motionless and absolutely steady at an elevation of 800 to 1000 feet I'm guessing, in a blowing snowstorm, and I at first took it to be a helicopter,but felt it looked more like the planet Venus? I stopped and stared for a couple minutes and it didn't change, so I took four pictures through my window and tried to roll down my passenger side for a better shot. The window was froze and as I did this the object seemed to come to life and a white and orangey red set of navigation lights came on,as it remained motionless. I took it to be an airplane or helicopter and I was just pulling forward in the drive through and figured I would stop and get out for a better shot. After I did this the object had disappeared from view. No sound was heard at all. The total time was fi! ve minutes and I only saw one object, but in my pics there is two. The bright star viewed is an egg shaped dull white with a square in the center and underneath is an orange disc. I went back the following night to see if a streetlight could have made the orange disc but there is none there. I was the only witness,nobody else was around. I am an unpaid caregiver with a background in radio dispatching and licensed AERONAUTICAL restricted operator. As such I don't believe what I saw was an aircraft. Well I will keep it simple. I was downtown shopping, and on my way there I decided to take a picture behind me. I didn't see anything on camera, maybe they were moving so fast or I just wasn't aware. I just got around to browsing my photos last night and was kind of shocked at what I have seen. It was shiny, if you zoom in you an see the sun shining off it Oh that's right I took the picture cause it seemed like there were chemtrails littering the sky so I snapped one. I will be more aware of things now I will always look harder in ten sky and at all my pictures. It's surprising what you can catch by just snapping in the sky at nothing en zooming in.

On WestJet flight 166 from YVR to YEG, we spotted an object out our starboard window, approximately 700-1000 meters from the plane. It was about 40-50 minutes into our flight. We had reached cruising altitude approx. 35k ft. When we first saw it, it looked like a large ball at the front with a long net-like or skirt-like structure trailing it. At first we thought it was a scratch on the window, then it started moving in a flowing like manner. The ball shape at the front was always at the lead of the direction it was moving. Same direction as the plane - or so it appeared. It was black. We were stunned and trying to understand what we were looking at for about 1-2 minutes before I started taking pictures. At that point it had flattened out or turned and appeared flat. The object was by our side for approximately 3 minutes until we past it. It had structure. It was not smoke or a contrail. I can only roughly approximate the size as it was far away but close enough to see detail. 10-15 meters long and 5 meters wide when spread out. We stayed on the plane until everyone had left and asked the pilots if they saw it. They said they did not. Trying to understand what it was. Can't explain it currently. Looking for help or someone that has seen something similar. It was a safety concern. It was close to the plane. Whatever it was, if it got in the engines, it would have been trouble. Thought it might be a drone, but that is high for a drone, especially with the long thing flying behind it. Aerodynamically, the flowing skirt doesn't make sense. It creates drag. Kites use ribbons for stabilizers, not for lift. Only thing similar I can think of is a sail, but the ball thing was at the lead, not the skirt.
