The report, as filed
on 4/9/15 it was a clear warm night, sitting outside. noticed in E-NE sky a circle of lights. 9:20 pm clear dark sky. circle was not moving. lights changed from red, to green, to blue repeating. this lasted 3-5 minutes. sighting ended when clouds moved in.
