The report, as filed
I was just lying down to sleep, when a reddish light caught my eye towards Reading. It looked like a rocket launch in a way, and was heading towards the SW out of sight behind the section of my house obstructing my view. I got out of bed quickly and ran outside to see what it was, upon exiting my house and looking towards where I had seen it, I saw five! They were moving kind of up and down and around in lazy movements maybe a mile or so away, three on the right side, one at a 10:00 aspect, the fifth down at a 6:00. I called my wife to come out quickly to see them, and she joined me to watch. They appeared somewhat like a parachute configuration, but not quite, and pulsing reddish/yellow in color and I heard no sound whatsoever. They expanded outward into what crossed my mind briefly resembled as a dipper constellation, then the three on the right side exited into cloud cover pretty quickly, one behind the other, the fourth and fifth exiting straight back from where they were positioned. The whole event lasted only probably about two minutes tops, but was very interesting and scary at the same time. I was in the Marines, have seen a lot of different terrestrial craft, have seen strange lights in the sky in the South Pacific, but nothing ever quite like this, and seemingly so close! I am quite certain they were not Chinese lanterns or drones.

My wife and I were having a fire in the backyard, I looked up to the NE and saw a bright red light right above the treeline and we watched as it slowly dipped down through the trees. I kept an eye on the area and saw it peak back up for a few moments two more times, then the next time it went back above the trees and then dropped low much quicker than before. I kept watching for more activity but never saw it again. There were fireworks in the area, but none at this time, no sounds of drones or aircraft either.

Driving home from friends house and saw a disc shaped object with lights surrounding disappear into sky. Moved quickly as in the shape of a check mark. No other siting after the first.

Noticed a a flashing like out side of your living room area. When I noticed it was flashing blue/red/white/purple. I got up to try and get a better look of it outside the window. I saw it south east it was moving East toward Pottstown direction. When I got up to see a better look it had turned a white and moon type of yellow. But too close to be the moon or any stare because it was moving through the trees. Plus, the other witness that I was with say it first moving in the East direction. I ran out side and at that point only could see the blue and red flashing light then lost it though the trees. This object was low to the ground and to big to be a airplane or a helicopter. I would guess that the object could have not bin more then 4 miles. There was no sound just brilliant flashes of blue and red light.
