We exited Waddell & turned west. The light were Still high in the sky & motionless but glowing so bright. We were confused on what we were seeing, & when we got to the intersection of Cotton & Waddell, we headed South to see what it was. Still motionless & high in the sky we drove on to get a closer look. We turned west on Camelback & off of Cotton. The lights were on our left in the sky, driving slow we watched as the lights from putter to inner just disappeared into the sky. And left nothing behind but the empty looming sky as if the lights went into something invisible & just like that vanished ... Leaving us wondering is we were just witness to UFO. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Waddell, AZ

A bright light towards the direction of Heber/overgaard from Waddell, AZ that appeared to be a shimmering star, was clearly visible even to my mother without her glasses. The light was flashing too rapidly and brightly to be a nearby planet. After roughly 20 minutes, the light began changing colors from several colors as if in a pattern (red,white, yellow, blue, green, purple), all colors were clearly visible but no distinct pattern. Approximately 30 minutes after the light began to change colors, it appeared to dim or become more distant, which it then multiplied.1 light on top, a second slightly below and to the left or north, and a 3rd at the lowest point in line with the highest or 1st light. All while continuously changing colors. After roughly an hour, it became one flashing light again; which eventually dissipated entirely.

Waddell, AZ

I watched from back patio as a long string of lights very evenly spaced traveled towards the southeast, estimate there were approximately 15 lights when I noticed them. All lights were the same brightness and stayed the same distance apart moving at the same speed. During the sighting my dogs refused to come out of the house while I watched.
