The report, as filed
I saw a group of extremely bright red lights in what looked like two rows - Approximately 10 lights in all. The red lights were almost neon colored red and were blinking on and off with white lights. The object looked to be rectangular with the short end of the rectangle to the horizon and the longer ends facing up; the whole thing being at approximately a 45 degree angle. It was descending toward the horizon at a fairly rapid pace - thought not extremely fast. The object was very far away, but still looked large. I watched it descend until the tree-line obstructed the view. Although the lights looked similar to aircraft lights, they were MUCH brighter, and a much more brilliant shade of red. If it was an aircraft, I've never seen one with this many lights on it before.

Saw this very bright light in the sky and it seemed to change colors, took out my camera which has a very good zoom and zoomed in as far as it went. When looking at it closely, it was a very bright sphere, that kept changing colors and disappearing every 5 seconds. Everytime it disappeared, it took the form of an atom. The color change and disappearance were very fast. I was amazed with the shape it had, looked like an atom, full of circles around it.. I have a couple of videos! cigar shaped multi colored sited. craft stayed in spot for 15 minutes and slowly moved. 2nd craft was east of first craft and moved quickly and vanished.

Looking out our window southwest, noticed a very very bright white light that I thought was a star, but there's never a star in that spot. It started to slowly sink below the tree line. Then rise up quickly then sunk down again and just disappeared

We were driving down I-84 on the way home from the movie theater. The movie ended at roughly midnight. I was sitting in the front passenger seat. As we were driving I noticed an odd light in the sky that appeared to be moving towards us. As it moved closer, I noticed it was flying low, far too low for a plane but much too big to be a drone. It appeared to be circular in shape, as it definitely had a rounded back but the front was harder to distinguish. It flew directly over our heads then proceeded on in the other direction, where we could see the light from the craft move further and further way at an increasing speed. Stood out my deck at around 22:30 hrs ,when I looked up and saw 2 bright lights, at first I thought it was the lights at the wingtip of a massive Jumbo Jet going to crash and my first instinct was to run in and get my family out due to an imminent plane crash. Then for a minute or so it turned at an angle and what looked like even brighter lights (like after burners of a jet propulsion system) it turned and very quietly disappeared into the clear skies! There was a slight humming sound and I could feel an uneasy vibration in the air. This felt like one was standing in front of a large Airbus A380 coming head on towards you, but with an eerie humming sound! Spooked for sure!
