The report, as filed
I was driving south on eagle rd about 6:30, when I stopped for a stop light at McMillan rd. I looked up to the right of the rd and a bright light was very visible. Being a pilot I noticed there was something different about this object. As i looked at it still at the stop light i could clearly see 3 green lights forming a triangle shape and on one side there were 3 red lights in a row - with some bright white lite from the center. I made a right hand turn onto E McMillan Rd and pulled into Charles F. McDevitt Youth Complex parking lot to get a better look. I got out of my car to observe the lights. At first they were completely stationary - no movement - also no sound. The lights would slowly move either left or right and then stop and be perfectly still - zero movement. I was looking south west towards the Eagle Walmart. Elevation maybe 1200 to 1500 - almost in the final approach line to Boise airport. Suddenly, it decended at about a 45 degrees downward away from me in a matter a few seconds into a populated area around I-84. I then drove down Eagle Road, heading south towards Fairview Ave., and never did see it again. The entire observation took about 20 minutes. Went outside to watch a lightning storm go by. I saw a red star shaped object travel out of a lightning filled storm cell into clear skies for 5 seconds and then it went into another cell. Seconds later another red object followed in the same direction. Traveling south to north.

V shaped formation moving south to north, low altitude, silver/whitish look to the craft. When passing over head everything went silent. Have a water pump that is running near by and then as they passed over it was like a cone of silence passed over us as well. Witnessed clearly by myself and my wife. This is the second time we have seen a similar formation and the same “silent” effect as it passed overhead.

The moon was bright despite being a half moon. The night was calm and there weren’t many clouds. It was a great night for star gazing. At first I thought it was a satellite but then noticed other lights as it came into view. It went almost directly overhead which is how I could see the v shape but again no sound. The night was strangely quiet. Lights were white and all appeared to be part of the same craft.

A couple hundred feet above my house a bright neon green light or maybe fireball appeared and darted about another 200 feet then vanished.

At sunset, I immediately noticed that a small glob of clouds had gathered. (Cirrus). Less than a minute later, they are cube shaped small craft loosely locking amid each other's gravitational field or training indicative of terrestrial military. Loosely resembling a 3 1 3 Tetris shape. Then every few seconds it stretched and the cubes multiplied until 43 total craft that made up the body of the larger craft. It began to accelerate, no com trail or visual exhaust plume. It had the movement of a train and was a wonderful blue hue. Hence the name polar express. After it's departure we had at least 100 separate smaller sightings, they were closer...some passed over head no more than 20 feet above us. Black glibe "searchers", wibbly wobbly drunk e.t craft. There were at least 25 of these, with 1 being more innovative and "serious" looking and acting in it's movement. Light shows, full horizon color change, spot lights and even collision. But no noise, or wing was ever attributed to these craft.

I saw this on my security monitor and took the 3 pictures. I'd like to know what it is cause it's not the moon.
