The report, as filed
My girlfriend and I were driving southbound on I-35, about two miles north of Sanger, Texas, when, at approximately 10:40 pm, she remarked of a strange bright object to the west of us. It was a very large, “U” shaped object, orange/rust in color, glowing brightly, approximately 25 degrees above the horizon. It looked fairly similar to a crescent moon, however, it was lit from the bottom, to create a “U” shaped appearance. This captured our attention very intensely, because firstly, it is impossible for the moon to be lit from the bottom, and secondly, the moon would not be 25 degrees above the western horizon at 10:40 at night. We confirmed that the moon’s illuminated side was not even facing Earth on this particular night, according to www.moongiant.com. We continued driving southbound for roughly 4 minutes, observing the object in astonishment, and asking each other what the heck it could possibly be. It appeared to be both very large and somewhat distant from our location. Wanting to get a better look at the object and observe it more, we exited on exit 481, and headed west bound on View Road toward where we had last seen it. An overpass obstructed our line of sight to the object momentarily before we could turn on to View Rd. and once we turned west the object was no longer visible. We continued down View Rd. until it intersected with Lois Rd. Headed south on Lois until we could head west on 455, but were unable to locate it again. The size and shape of the object was incredible. It was a very strange and memorable experience.

While sitting in my backyard I viewed a rectangular object of silver/gray color traveling from southwest to northeast at approximately 20-30 mph 200 feet in the air at 70-80 degress with no sound, as it traveled away from me it suddenly moved from left to right multiple times in the blink of an eye, all the while still traveling in the northeast direction. This incident lasted approximately 15-20 seconds.

It was pitch black when a light appeared in the sky, the object started dropping rapidly at first I thought it was a falling star/shooting star but then it came to a sudden a stop about 7,000 ft the object then moved to the left and two more lights appeared on each side of the first light. Within seconds, the lights starting to fade away or get dim, but after that, I didn’t spot no activity.

2 of my friends and I were out at lake Ray Roberts in Sanger taking pictures of star trails late at night. The sky was cloudy and pretty dark, but a few minutes later, we looked over the Ray Roberts dam and saw a giant object in the sky. The object in question had a fiery hue and changed form a few times. It would get bigger and brighter and then it would shrink down to nothing and reappear. It rotated around while it was in view and had around 3 other objects of the same fiery hue fly up to it. After the 3 smaller objects flew up towards it, it vanished. While we were observing it we attempted to capture images of it. I was unsuccessful as my images were blurry but my 2 other friends managed to capture photo and video of it.
