The report, as filed
Just after 12:30 on lunch hour I had gone outside to the designated area to smoke. I turn to the north eastern part of the sky and see this cylinder shaped object moving at a slow speed from north to south. It's about the size of a quarter at arms length and pure white in color. When it got just past halfway middle of the sky it appeared to change shape, like the front half had slowed down and the back end had to catch up and it had a more cigar shape. Its direction changed to a slow arc toward the sun. Then in an instant it starts to shape shift probably because the sun was reflecting off of different surfaces, it gave the appearance of rapid movement back and forth and from side to side violently, it would appear in one spot then disappear and instantaneously appear in another spot near to where it previously was then again and again and again maybe 7 or 8 times looked like it had a different shape each time while continuing in the same direction. T! hen it shifted 3 or 4 times more only less rapid and growing brighter as it approaches the sun. It stops at a distance of about a dime held at arms length from the sun and by this time is as bright as the sun like a mirror held up to it, only much smaller. It stays in that place for about five to six seconds then it appears to back away a little and all of a sudden it's not glowing any more, it is still close to the sun and should be still glowing but it's not, it has stopped reflecting any sunlight at all and become a darker greyish color thin horizontal bar shape, much less visible than when I first saw it but can still be seen. It held that position briefly, then it punches out, to a dot in the sky then gone. I was oblivious to time but I think 4 minutes or so. Flying a corporate jet at 43000 feet on a 290 heading. First saw several lights (usually 2 turning circles or zipping up and down diagonally but sometimes up to 4) at extremely high altitude at great distance at our 10-11oclock over Oklahoma City. So to the southwest of our position. These lights came in and out of sight at about 5 minute intervals for approx 1 hour. Also varied in brightness from very bright to dim with no apparent pattern to that. Always staying in exactly the same place in our windshield so they paved us for at least 400 miles.

I was a passenger in the car ,going to family's as usual. I looked up to see,What I thought was two birds. After watching them. I noticed, the bodys looked round. Very close together. Where the wings should be ,they looked to be spinning quickly. Along with a jerking movement at the same time.They disappeared off to the NE.

8-11-23,watching live railroad video at oklahoma city 12:30 am.filmed with my cell phone on the tv what appeared to be a large object above a aerospace facility. it was there stationary the whole time.whent to bed 1:30and it was still there.was very big reminded me of the hull of a ship.sending pictures and video. aug 28 12:am.Even closer to the aerospace facility a smeared object.Out of the bottom a sphere drops out and descends somewhat from the larger object.reminded me of a chicken laying an egg.I wasn't able to record that event. the cell phone in another room.Then I saw to the right a second sphere that just blinked out.This was recorded.Do not enlarge the video of the spheres.if you do you won't see the second sphere.

That was clearly 6 round orbs in V-formation. It looked like it came up out of the ground, a flying V. It turned right then left very fast. As it flew in front of me I could clearly see that it was 6 round flat saucers flying in a V formation. Then it was gone.

Me and a coworker were working Security traffic control when I noticed it floating by about 1/2 mile or less to our West. It was a black sphere with no markings on it. I could not hear it. I ran to my coworker and pointed it out, but he was looking too high in the sky. It was at the Horizon level almost. I only saw it for about 30 seconds and that included trying to get my coworker to spot it. Our buildings blocked my view as it traveled south. I'm kicking myself for not going to our security dept. and getting footage. I know we would have had it, but we only save it for 30 days.

As stated above, I saw the elongated object moving from 2 to 4 o’clock. It was not visible without looking through NVG’s. It had no lights. When comparing it to the planes in the airspace around it, it was very large. Bigger than 3 777’s. When it got to the 4 o’clock position it faded away quickly. The skies were clear.
