The report, as filed
My friend and I, two community college students from Sacramento, had just gotten out of our classes and were hanging out together on campus. We were sitting in a spot of grass near the library, which is a fairly open space with a clear view of the sky. Both having had a long day, we were reclined in the grass staring up at the sky when at about 4:40PM, we both noticed something white making its way across the vast stretch of blue. At first glance, it appeared to be a feather being pushed by the wind, but we soon realized it was at much too high of an altitude and was moving far too fast. Upon further inspection, we could see that it resembled a scalene triangle, and spun about and tilted at odd angles while it flew across the sky. We brushed this off somewhat nonchalantly at first, laughing at the absurdity of the sight. After all, it had been a long day, and we assumed that it was, indeed, just a feather or some other spec of debris, and our eyes were playing tricks on us making the object in question look stranger. That is, until the next object came in. It had only been 10 seconds after the first, if even that, when another white object hovered across the sky in the same manner. This object was perfectly spherical and was not moving about in the same sporadic way as the first. That is, if it was, it wasn’t noticeable because of its shape. It was at the same altitude and was within our view for the same amount of time as the other, a mere 20 seconds or so of a quick and soundless hovering as it made its way across the plain of our vision. We reported the sighting via hotline right when the incident was over. My friend tried to capture photos and videos of the 2nd object in question, but it was so high up and thus appeared so small that it wasn’t picked up by their iPhone camera. Being that these two objects were so small and were silent, we’re unsure of whether or not there were any other witnesses.

(This is a direct transcription from my hand written notes I wrote right after seeing it). I swear I just saw a ufo around 5:45 looking due South from my apartment in downtown Sacramento near the Church Of The Blessed Sacrament. The light in the sky caught my eye because the yellow / white incandescent looking light looked rather strange. There was a brighter light at top but other similar less bright lights below. It almost had a Santa and reindeer effect if you use your imagination or another way it looked was a sort of cross because there was a time when the light extended out to the sides and made the light in the sky resemble a cross. During this time the light looked like it was coming toward me and lowering in elevation, (Flying due North towards my direction) but then the lights changed to blinking strobe type white lights that where dimmer and seemed much further away. I know this probably sounds like an aircraft but as a long time aircraft enthusiast and former Air Force Airman this phenomenon looked different to me. Now the object seemed much higher in the sky which seemed to happen quite quickly. Also, the blinking strobe type white / blueish lights looked like they where around the perimeter of a more spherical looking object but again it was much more faint and distant looking at this point and high in the sky. It finally moved out of my view in the apartment as it moved to my left, (Going East). I gathered my keys and wallet and put on my shoes and sweatshirt to go outside on the terrace but by the time I got out there I couldn't find it in the sky any longer.

I saw that it was hanging in the sky for a second, while I was on the freeway, it was like disk shape with the body having light and it was moving away from me faster and faster disappearing in the clouds.

I was driving to work in West Sacramento when I saw 3 orange orb-like objects I the sky over the freeway just outside of Carmichael. They formed a slight arch. They were spaced evenly apart. I didn't see them move or hear any sounds. They seemed fairly close. Farther away than the streetlights but closer than the red lights on top of the tall buildings. I observed them for several seconds but, once I drove underneath them I didn't see them in my rear view mirror.

Object flew slowly across the sky in front of my office. It did not look man made. Flew slower than a helicopter or plane and did not look to be a drone. It was flying maybe a few thousand feet in the air. There were no navigational lights and was moving at a speed I have not seen any kind of man made object move. I have attached two photos for your reference, they are live images so you can see the movement.

There were three pairs of incandescent stationary aerial objects appearing like orbs in the distance but appearing more luminescent and diamond featured up close. There was no apparent suspension nor any apparent propulsion. The three closely grouped pairs formed an exponential graph shape. The shape descended from directly over the freeway to beyond the right shoulder. While higher in the sky, upon driving past, the pair directly over the freeway appeared quite close for an aerial object. This occurred before entering the area lit for construction on this portion of Highway 99. The coincidence of construction lights notwithstanding, these objects were like nothing else I’ve seen. They did not look like Chinese lanterns.

UFO unidentified flying object was seen descending downward / entering into the atmosphere. Circle object with red lights on both sides of the object disappeared into to a large dark rain cloud. Only a small whole within the opening of the cloud showed bright red lights shining through it before disappearing. The sighting was located at the Target in Sacramento California USA
