Le témoin, voit deux lumières clignotantes rouge et blanc, arrivant face à elle, dans la nuit. L'objet vire à droite, et pendant que le témoin va prendre un appareil photo, il disparaît. La description du témoin d'un aéronef avec des lumières clignotantes rouge et blanche évoque bien sûr un avion. Ces feux clignotants très puissants sont assez aveuglants au point de rendre imperceptible les feux de position vert et rouge (fixes, assez faibles) et le fuselage de l'appareil. A l'atterrissage la cabine est peu éclairée. On note sur le relevé Flightradar que le Vol TK1829 / Turkish Airlines Airbus A321 en approche sur Roissy a fait une boucle un peu au Nord de Deuil-la-Barre (95), probablement pour attendre son tour pour atterrir à Roissy.
