The report, as filed
I was taking a puff at my apartment balcony at 20/Sep/2014 time between 7.45pm. Location China, Shenzhen near Cocopark. First place, I thought it was satellite, but after 2 min, it change color, so i took my mobile photo to take a photo and still unable to see it clear, so I went into my room and get a digital camera with only 24X Zoom. I can confirm is not a toy as it is above cloud level, as I can see cloud passes by and the light reappear. This is not the first time I saw it about 6 weeks, again about 2am, I saw it on my left hand side which is a golf field it also stay and unmove for more then 10 to 15 minutes. the diameter looks 50m approximation.in the center,looks like black clouds,and something like rainbow around it.
