The report, as filed
On September 18, 2014, around 9:35pm my friend and I were traveling on Hwy 25 south. On Hwy 25 about four miles outside of Millen, Georgia city limits I notice something out of the corner of my sight on the right side. I look and there was 4 bright white lights spaced apart in a curved downward shape. The lights were apart of a very large football shaped glossy black object. I yell to my friend look at that. An instant fear came over both of us as we watched. In a time frame of around ten seconds the bright lights turned off one by one starting left to right. A few seconds after the lights went out the very large football shaped object vanished. it didn't fly off, it vanished into thin are in front of our eyes. At that moment my friend and I both had all the hair stand up on our bodies and goosebumps all over. Also, I remember after seeing the object vanish I could see the lights of an airplane off in the distance behind it. After seeing this we turned on the emergency flashers and sped all the way to my house

Two friends and I were flying from Hilton head SC to Monroe GA in a Cessna 172 at about 6,300 feet. At approximately 1430 hours on July 30th 2023 over Millen Ga, I was looking out of the right side of our plane at some pastures below. I see a black sphere that looks metallic and reflecting sunlight, flying opposite of our heading roughly 1,000-1,500 feet below us. It seemed to be traveling around 80-90 knots while slightly turning right. It seemed to be no bigger than our Cessna.

While in my bathroom I noticed red lights approx 1,000 feet above the tree line going across my backyard in a type of irregular flight path. The object did not emit any sound and slowly followed this course thru the tree line then zipped away. I went outside to see if was going to return and it did not. The object was triangular shaped being it was not an airplane or jet flying sideways as I would have heard the sound of an engine roar (Note: we often have military jets flying overhead weekly doing drills from Fort Gordon and you can always hear them) I have witnessed this phenom before when living up in Northern Westchester NY and Northern CT as well.
