I was getting ready to leave for work and was getting something from my boat to take to work with me. I caught a red/green/white strobing light moving into my view from the east it stopped at a point over my view in the horizon. I tried to get a recording of it with my phone but that didn't work. I did get my video camera from the house and was able to record a limited amount of time because the camera wasn't charged. I woke up other family members to witness it but it never moved for them. I continued to watch it for an hour an half
