As I was entering my property I did not notice it at frist. I parked my car and all of a sudden a flash lit up at least a mile radius. Like a camera taking a picture with flash. I looked up seen multi color light and it zoomed off. This all happened within a couple of seconds. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
