Egg over Port Lambton (near Sarnia) (Canada), ON · Canada

A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.

The report, as filed

I was watching the meteor shower approximately 4:30 am when I noticed a moving pulsing egg shaped white light that silently moved overhead from South To North. It did not appear to be at a low altitude but was not out of our atmosphere. Its movement was of a jittery fashion, it would pulse and move rapidly to a different part of the sky. I lost sight of it as my view was blocked by some trees, last seen headed North and still pulsing and moving rapidly. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #112250). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

Ask for the records

What would the paper say?

Canadian military and radar records answer to the Access to Information Act; historic UFO files are held by Library and Archives Canada. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
