The report, as filed
Two sets of three lights blinking at a random pattern about 100 ft apart. Lights looked like they were getting closer and then farther between the 100 ft radius. FLYING REALLY LOW. Silent no sound I pulled out cellphone to take photo and phone went crazy. It dailed numbers over and over even if I pressed end call and would not shut off. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
