The report, as filed
On July 3rd, 2014, around 10:27pm, I went to smoke a cigarette on the front porch facing east. The sky was fairly clear over my house but there was a light cloud cover that I noticed at sunset. I spotted an orange object that I intially thought was a helicopter coming from the east traveling in a south western pattern. Because I thought it looked strange so I took a photo with my smart phone camera. I quickly magnified the image and it did not look like a helicopter. After the first orange object faded from my view, another orange light traveling in the same pattern came into my view. Both objects were cruising at a casual speed, probably as fast as a helicopter. The objects were silent and the orange light appeared to be changing from small to bigger and then bigger to small. Just as the second one faded out of my view, a third one came along traversing in the same pattern. Then another after that one. At this point after seeing 3-4 orange objects I started! shooting a video of the orange/orb lights passing by. I got about 9 minutes of solid footage. I was in shock as I witnessed the first 3, I have never seen anything like it. It was either a group of top secret military helicopters or off-world extraterrestrial UFOs? I feel it might be the ladder, but I can not be sure. I saw about 10-12 orange/orb lights one after another flying in the same pattern between approximately 10:27pm -10:47pm Pacific Standard time. I was just watching the stars through a 70% cloudy sky, and saw a satellite heading NW of normal brightness moving at normal speed, then it turned really bright for a second, like it was rotating the bright a light mounted on one side, and seemed to roll over the other side in a smooth motion. Like the light on top of a Lighthouse, spinning around one time (as opposed to a regular lighthouse spinning repeatedly). It kept travelling at the same speed, and seconds later I saw another satellite coming from a different angle heading south, but the same speed. Then a third appeared from its own angle going SW, and this one pulsed bright for a second just like the first one, all of them white moving dots. They all crossed paths within 15 seconds of each other and kept going. My phone camera couldn't capture the video, the whole event lasted about 90 seconds. Ambaum & 125th St. At 10:46PM 5/19/2020.

Looked out my deck toward shorewood beach and saw a black shaped boomerang come out of water with a man in a suit of some kind hovering below craft. Boomerang looked to be black transparent and was floating like a balloon up ,almost like gently then speed of tremendous speed up to the west was gone wierd ,looked like it was cloaked.

In my driveway facing S-SE, looking up higher than the position of Jupiter, the brightest object at the time, looking almost overhead S, I saw a bright, almost reddish light moving, sometimes almost in a zig zag pattern as it appeared to move higher. Up, to almost over the top of my head as I’m looking South. Kept “hopping” not in a smooth movement but almost jumpy. Weather balloon? Watched for 3-5 minutes. Looked away then up again and lost sight. Possibly more at the top (zenith) but if it was what I saw, and the same object, then it was fainter as though moving beyond view. Didn’t appear to move like normal aircraft and it was silent.

We spoke via telephone with the witness, and he sounded to us to be serious-minded. He has both military, and aviation, background. However, his photo strongly suggests to us that the object was a large, helium-filled balloon, in the shape of an oblate spheroid, with other objects suspended below it on some type of cord or cable. However, the witness reports that the cluster suddenly accelerated, and climbed out of site very quickly, which one would not expect for a balloon. PD

CLASSIC UFO MAYBE ONE THOUSAND FEET AWAY ALL AROUND SIDES WERE FLASHING COLORS LIKE A SIMON GAME SQUARES RED. GREEN YELLOW FLASHING AS IT WENT BY SPINNING SLOWLY AS IT WENT. I WAS LOOKING OUT MY BEDROOM WINDOW THE CRAFT WAS ABOUT THREE HOUSES DOWN AND 150 FEET HIGH IT WAS LARGE A LITTLE SMALLER THEN THE TOP OF THE SPACE NEEDLE IF THAT FLEW BY OR SPIRALED BY MUST OF HAD OTHER PEOPLE SEE IT. WAS DARK AND THE CRAFT LIT UP. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

When the weather stopped the horrific loud airplane noises started at dark. It's 1 am and they are still at it about every 5 min. It's very disturbing and we are Not in the normal sea tac flight path. They seem to be flying low because they sound very loud and are slow flying as they pass over low. There seem to be many aircraft and they seem to want the secrecy of dark cloud cover! Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. We have received no other reports of the alleged incident. PD
