Circle over West Tulsa, OK
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
We were traveling West toward Tulsa when a very bright circular object came over the top of the car into view at a very high rate of speed. It was bluish white and round. It flew at a downward arc faster than anything I've ever seen, and disappeared just above our horizon line of site. We were just passing the 44/244 split in the highway toward Tulsa. It was a cloudy night with storms coming but very far to the South. It lasted no more than a second to a second and a half it was that fast.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #110725). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.
Ask for the records
What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
