Triangle over Honea Path, SC
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
Triangle shaped object with 2 white lights and a blinking red one appeared to be "chasing" a red circular object. They kept circling above my house until I finally was freaked out enough to go inside.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #110683). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

We often enjoy star gazing from our hot tub at night and because my husband works in aviation we like to guess where airplanes are heading and then check them on a radar to see who is closest. This craft was disk or space shaped and was traveling south at a high rate of speed. It was soundless and moved more like it was in water than the sky. It was made of lights but they were not blinking or alternating and were nothing like airplane lights. I would say that it was more or less glowing as it slid across the sky. I first thought it was a shooting star but once my eyes adjusted I realized it was just a fast and unrecognizable craft sliding across the sky. Although it was quick, I had enough time to point it out to my husband and he saw it too and agreed with me that it was a UFO. It’s such a cool, exciting, and eerie feeling!

Four bright white lights approx. 10 miles away that looked like 2 cars 1/2 mile away, but wasn't.
