Was walking my dog and noticed two faint white round lights moving very quickly in circular motion away from each other and then meeting in the middle. They were going fast and slower, they moved higher in the clouds when I stood in the street looking up at them. Almost like they were trying to hide. Very frightening. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
