For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

I was watching television at about 2am in my living room when I saw, outside of my window, a basketball-sized light shining through the closed blinds. It was a very pale blue color and moved from east to west very slowly. It eventually went by my front porch where I could see it shine through the window there, as well. It also lit up the peep-hole in my front door. It was very bright and did not make any sound. It floated about eight feet above the ground. It disappeared from sight for a couple of minutes, then it showed up and did the exact same thing again one more time. After it disappeared again, I never saw it again. I need to let you know that I have schizoaffective disorder, but have no history of visual hallucinations.

I would say it was a thick line of light, pretty high in the sky & a little longer than the moons diameter. It was unmistakably red. It was a cloudy night but it was bright enough to shine through.. The way the red light shown was strange. It didn’t flash, but it was almost like the way something reflecting fire would look, the way the shadows moved in an unpredictable, wavy sort of way. I stared at it for about 5 min and thought it wasn’t moving at all. I went inside to do something for a few minutes. When I came back out, it had moved from the East, a little farther North. It started raining while I was looking at it and it disappeared - I assumed because a thicker cloud was covering it. I looked outside a few minutes later, but couldn’t find it again. It was big/bright enough to appear on camera when I took a picture but you can’t tell its shape.

In explanation, I am a former military aircraft mechanic. While I was headed for the Union Pacific Depot to pick up a Houston bound off duty train crew, I observed what appeared to be an aircraft moving slowly, showing two white flashing tip lights (which I thought odd) headed North, North, East, following the Union Pacific train tracks. While stopped at the light, headed South on the Loop 274 at Texas Hwy [29*09.533N and 095*26.005W] I lowered my driver’s side window. The light turned green and I progressed South on Loop 274. I could still see the flashing lights, hear the crossing bells ringing and multiple train engine noise, but hear no aircraft engine noise. I stopped at Loop 274 and W. Plum to turn {right} onto W. Plum, the train was moving on the tracks in a Northerly direction {it’s engine noise fading}, but there was still no aircraft engine noise, I lost sight of the observed aircraft in the surrounding trees. At W. Plum and S. Erskine I turned left and still lost in the surrounding trees. I again turned left at S. Erskine and W. Munson as I stopped at the yield sign I looked up toward the Union Pacific Radio tower {roughly 110ft tall} and still did not see aircraft flashing lights nor hear aircraft engine noise. I crossed S. Hancock St. turned to the right, into the yard. I stopped then I backed to the right into my parking spot, shut of the vehicle engine. Out of the vehicle, as I collected my work gear, I again looked up at the tower [29*09.307N, 095*25.585W] and observed the two flashing white tip lights divide. Where there had been one silent single aircraft several hundred foot above the tower and railroad overpass there were two. I only saw the lights no shapes. One silent flashing light went to the North of the tower, the second silent flashing light went to the South of the tower. I ran to the Yard Office and asked the duty night manager to please step out onto the North East facing porch. I pointed to the two lights not far off, still slowly headed North, North, East now at least a city block apart and reported the odd sight following the train. I asked what might be so important that two silent aircraft with one bright flashing light each, would be following it. He stated it was a regular run with no particular importance. I needed to go further to pick up the crew. Near 20:56 crossing the railroad overpass the two flashing white lights were observable, still headed in a generally North direction along a parallel to the track.

On March 30th, at roughly about 10:00pm. As I was in route to my house, in the small town of Angleton, TX, just south of Houston. I took the turn on North ridge headed west, when in the sky panning into view as if surveying, I see a small UFO come into view. It would have been coming from the south headed north. I immediately thought omg they have drones monitoring us in Angleton? The UFO definitely had a green light and seemed to be centered in the middle of the little craft. I could totally see this was a flying object flying approximately 3040 feet above tree level. There were definitely what appeared to be white head lights for surveillance or to see in general. There were also other colored lights, I definitely recall seeing red on either side of the craft. Although, I couldn't make out the material of the UFO, I can say the craft did not have wings like a plane. The UFO came in and slowed down, I thought it was coming towards or watching me. I could see it HOVERING back and forth as I sped down Lorraine Street towards it. I then turned down the radio and rolled down the windows as it begins to rock back and forth then continues on north bound. Very, very low flying and NO sound that I could hear. There is no doubt it was not a plane and definitely not commercial, might it have been a drone? It was small about 1020 ft in diameter at the biggest, I believe it seemed small light weight because the way it hovered. I got a really good idea of how it turned and maneuvered. Of course, this was the first and only night I can remember being without my phone! Almost as if the spacecraft knew I couldn’t film it! I proceed to see more and if it wasn't a threat. However, it didn't let me get to close before zipping away. The craft seemed to me to be surveying, or doing surveillance in the neighborhood perhaps looking for something? Or only letting me getting a juicy view! I saw the object for about 20 seconds, so I definitely got a good feel of the crafts intentions: Seemingly non violent but it had orders and it was doing it’s job. The craft seemed to have a mission looking, finding, searching, surveying or just watching and monitoring us in general.
