This past Friday (8/25/23) my family and I were in the backyard and saw an object floating in the sky about the same level of the clouds, then a second one. When I saw the first one, I decided to get out of the pool and just recorded it for fun, figured it was a balloon or a plastic bag flying in the sky. What was odd for me was they were going against the wind - watch the clouds. The next day I decided to upload the video to my PC and examine it closely. About 1:25 secs in the video I saw something flash by, then figured I should watch that frame by frame on Adobe After Effects and it looks like the first object streaks by from the direction in which it came from. This happened in the Northern Virginia area, about 30 mins south of Wash DC. I am not looking for any kind of attention, just figured you might get more out of it than me. A total of 10 orange bright lights move across the sky. No sound 2 at first then 4 then 2 more 2 more. Their was no surface wind. They started just over the tree. Probably over the Potomac river across from Indian Head naval on the Virginia side. Went up the Occoquan river turned north, climb up higher and disappeared. I have on video tape. People how watched say military in stealth, sky lanterns, drones, UFOs but its nothing like i have ever seen here at my house and i have lived here 50 years.

I WENT OUT TO WALK THE DOGS AND STARTING APPEARING IN A LINE FOLLOWING EACH OTHER FROM THE WEST TO THE EAST, IN FORMATION AT ABOUT THE SAME DISTANCE FROM EACH OTHER. THEY TURNED AND HEADED NORTH AND BACK TO THE WEST AND DISAPPEARED. THEY WERE ALL ALLUMINATED IN WHITE TO A PINK COLOR AND MADE NT SOUND AT ALL. AT THE POINT THAT THEY TURNED BACK WEST I COULD SEE ANOTHER CRAFT WITH GREEN BLINKING LIGHST COMING FROM THE NORTH, HIGHER THEN THE CRAFTS AND DOWN TO WHERE THE CRAFTS STATED TURNING BACK TO THE WEST. I WAS AS IT WAS DIRECTING THE OTHERS CRAFTS THAT WAS MUCH BIGGER. THEN THEY ALL JUST DISAPPEARED. I RETIRED FROM THE ARMY WITH 32 YEARS (ACTIVE AND RESERVE) AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN AN CRAFT LIKE THIS WITH NO SOUND AT ALL.

The craft was a circle then forming into a teardrop shape then back to a circle. It stayed in the same spot for at least 25 minutes.

I heard a loud and massive noise over our home, something similar to a big engine noise. It woke me up. It was like something big falling from the sky and about to crash on us. I was expecting an impact due to the noise coming closer and closer super fast. Suddenly a "voum" sound gave the impression that it was going into another direction and all sounds stopped suddenly, nothing after that (that thing left in less than a second). It was not the usual airplane sound, it was not an helicopter sound. But this was flying. There is noway an airplane could drop down on us like that without a crash. It could not have been a drone, the steady sound was massive. I could not see anything from the window after the event. I thought something was falling on us. I remained in bed super scared and got up minutes after that. I couldn't see anything abnormal outside or in the sky after that.

Two orange glowing circular craft traveling West to East, no sound,1000 ft off the ground faster than a plane. Helicopter followed five minutes later. Rippon Blvd crossing the Potomac .
