Insanely large craft, wierd shape, purpleish blue, blue and white spotlights, very low over my car, flying slow.

Extremely bright orange object similar to Chinese lantern flying at rate of speed similar to aircraft in a straight trajectory from North to South along Western Rhode island border. Definitely not meteor and unlike anything I've ever seen. Curious what it was.
