What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

9:24 PM Nov 11,2023 Highland Village Texas. We were driving home and saw these strange lights in the sky behind the clouds. We stopped and observed the lights from the side of the road for about 3 minutes. There was not the tell tale sign of a ground based spot light or laser from the reflecting on the clouds, but these lights were behind the clouds. The lights moved in a specific pattern. First we saw two lights and then it would dance in a shuffling back and forth revealing four or five lights approximately, then one or two sustained lights on the far side and then sequentially shine one light at a time around the full circumference of the craft. A full light cycle lasted approximately 10 seconds. We saw four such cycles. I estimate 12 - 15 total lights around the circumference, but I could not see the backside. Our friend observed the lights from a different location independently from us and sent us the attached clip, he was much further away from the lights than we were respectively and captured less than one full cycle. We were laying in a field at a public park in our neighborhood. We were stargazing when we saw a bright objet that appeared to be a star start moving. We live near an airport so we know what planes both look and sound like when they fly overhead. This object did not flash, make any noise, and was definitely not the shape of an airplane. The other thing it did that airplanes cannot do is zig zag. It began moving straight at an insanely high speed and then began making Z shapes in its movement. Again, this object was one bright light source, zig zagged, and did not make a sound. It then flew off and the light became faint and disappeared as though it were going through a cloud - despite no clouds being in the sky. It blended in perfectly with a star, we thought it was a star at first! But this thing was not a star.

I was driving home from work of FM 2499 in Highland Village, Texas, and noticed an orange/amber colored fireball looking object flying low in the sky to my left. I pulled over onto a side street to get a closer look, and I watched it fly in an eastward direction. It slowly flew off to the eastern horizon which was blocked by tall houses. about 30 seconds later 2 more of the same orb/fireball objects were flying eastward as well. After those passed the horizon, the 4th one was flying in the same direction at a little bit lower altitude and I caught a low quality video of it. It looked the same but seemed to be twinkling as well. I will submit the video to the address below. My window was down & there was no sound coming from these objects. I'm curious to know what it is if someone could let me know. Thanks, ((name deleted))
